We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Manager at our spa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the spa.
– Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing all aspects of spa operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
– Provide leadership and guidance to spa staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
– Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
– Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to uphold service standards.
– Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and marketing strategies to drive business growth and attract new clients.
– Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the spa facility.
– Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, expense tracking, and report generation.
– Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and innovative techniques to enhance the spa experience and offerings.
– Collaborate with the Spa Manager to create and implement operational policies and procedures aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
– Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the spa.
– Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the spa, hospitality, or related industry.
– Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services preferred.
– Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and spa management software.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– Certification in spa management or related field is a plus.
